Three Tips for Female Business Owners

When they say “you learn as you go,” they weren’t kidding! My goal in this busy season is to take moments of reflection to really figure out what is it that I am learning! Here are just a few nuggets from my early morning reflections. I hope this helps you on your journey! 

1. Don’t be offended at someone’s no. Sometimes a no means “a not right now.” Keep building that relationship, and don’t let it break your stride. Keep focusing on your wins and not your losses. With pure intentions the good will always outweigh the bad!

2. Support others even when they may not support you. Don’t let people change you! You have to believe in your value regardless of how others feel about you.

3. Be consistent. Keep putting in the work. Keep showing up even when you think no one is watching. They are watching and even if they aren’t right now, if you keep being real and genuine, they will be!
