Honey, why did I choose to do this seminar?

Because as women we have the right to talk about sex, our bodies and our feelings openly.

Hello, we were created this way. Sex isn’t just for men and men’s pleasure, it’s for us too!

And you know what, because the way our society is set up to make us think the former, we end up not talking about the issues we have with it! It’s too taboo, it’s embarrassing, it’s not important, or we should just get over it. No, no, no, no to all of that!

Your feelings and issues around sex are all valid!

Maybe you grew up in a super conservative house where you had to absolutely deny having any sexual feelings or urges, then you get married and you’re like OK what’s wrong with me now? Maybe you have a lot of shame associated with sex because it’s “bad.”

Maybe you experience sexual trauma and it’s affected your adult life, and you don’t know how to move past it. We hear you.

Maybe you’ve experienced trauma through pregnancy and birth, and it’s created some physical challenges for sex, that’s OK. Those things can be resolved!

Maybe you’re getting older and the desire you once had is out the window! Maybe your hormones are to blame, and those things can be helped! 

You don’t have to continue this way!

Or maybe you love sex and you want to come and have some fun and learn new things! It’s for all women! 

The purpose of this seminar and workshop is to give you your power back, in whatever way that is – emotionally, physically, and sexually, and to have some fun with it! Because that’s your right!

It’s your body and no one is going to care for it like you!
